The key to any economy is investment in infrastructure. Something that New Zealand needs to do to catch up with the rest of the World, but hard to do in a low population country. It is pleasing to see this focus, particularly due to the spin-off benefit to all. The economic money-go-round will benefit us all, not just Auckland and Christchurch. 

 

Innovation

Will need to be well coordinated to be of positive economic benefit. Apprenticeships should be of benefit to a number of small businesses
