In New Zealand BDO is represented nationally, we have 15 offices around the country. We have ninety partners and over 900 staff.

The beauty of working for BDO in the regions is being close to your clients, being able to be with them and live the journey that they go through and to make a difference.

The culture at BDO is all about the client. The way are in the market, the size we are means we really do have to have their backs. We really do want to see them succeed. We want to be in touch with, we want to help them and understand them. It's listening, but it's also suggesting. You know using your own experience, how they can do better or just achieve their aspirations themselves.

We are at the forefront of new technology. We are constantly improving and creating efficiencies. So part of that is that we have developed strong relationships with key partners to deliver the best tools for our clients.

Social side of BDO, I can go and hang out with friends. I've got a lot of friends within the office which is really good and we all go out and play football together at lunch times.

What I love about working at BDO is the coaching experiences I've had. So that's with senior leaders in the business who really helped with my career development.
