Rachel Farrant

Rachel Farrant is an Advisory Partner at BDO Wellington, working with business owners, boards and management teams across a range of industries, including construction, property, healthcare and the not-for-profit sector, and businesses of varying size.

Her expertise covers financial reporting and tax compliance, forecasting and management reporting, and business structuring for operating and tax efficiency. She also works alongside internal business managers to develop practical internal controls and financial systems.

Rachel also holds a number of independent director and audit committee chair roles, bringing a board-level view of governance, risk and reporting to her advisory work. She regularly attends client board meetings and facilitates management planning days.
