Darren is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory service line based in the BDO Christchurch office. He joined BDO during 2009 in an Audit role before moving to Corporate Advisory services in 2014. He has experience across a number of sectors, advising clients on the following matters:

• Financial due diligence (both buy side and sell side)
• Litigation support
• Independent financial reviews
• Valuation
• Distressed advisory and restructuring
• Financing proposals
