BDO releases online training course on September 2021 IFRIC meeting

BDO has released an interactive online training course on the two September 2021 IFRS Interpretations Committee (“IFRIC”) meeting agenda decisions forwarded to the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”) for consideration.

IFRIC agenda decisions are those issues that the IFRIC decided not to take onto its agenda. Although not authoritative guidance, in practice they are regarded as being highly persuasive, and all entities reporting under IFRS (and NZ IFRS in New Zealand) should be aware of these decisions because they could impact the way particular transactions and balances are accounted for.
