What is agentic AI?

Agentic AI is a type of artificial intelligence that can act autonomously as an agent to complete complex, multi-step tasks on your behalf.  It does so by combining a set of instructions known as Large Language Models (LLMs) with your business’s data and approved tools.

While we call it autonomous – in reality, there is often still a human in the loop. The human part of it is usually to review & approve final outputs, especially ones that are customer bound.
