Executive Summary

Based in the Kerikeri office of BDO Northland, Zoe brings strong local insight and professional expertise to every audit engagement. Born and raised in the Far North, she joined the BDO Northland Audit team in 2017 and has since built extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including Rūnanga, Māori Incorporations, schools, charitable trusts, incorporated societies, and marae.

Her deep connection to Northland provides her with a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by local organisations, and she is committed to delivering high quality, timely audits that strengthen trust and confidence.

Zoe has also collaborated with BDO’s National team on ESG initiatives and has been actively involved in developing her understanding of sustainability related risks and opportunities. She brings strong technical expertise in Public Benefit Entity reporting for not for profit organisations, Public Sector Reporting, and Special Purpose Framework requirements.

Outside of work, Zoe is an active member of the Northland community and is passionate about initiatives that build resilience and support positive, sustainable change throughout the region.
