Executive Summary

Tristan joined our Wellington firm in 2004 as a graduate and became a Partner in 2016.

He leads our Wellington based Business Services and Outsourcing team with a focus on the Retail and Franchise industries. Through his knowledge gained in serving clients within these sectors he became the National Leader for both the Franchise and Retail Sectors for BDO in 2018.

Tristan also advises clients as a member of both our Advisory and Corporate Finance divisions, servicing clients with a wide range of needs. 

Key industries of expertise include Construction, Franchise, Information Technology, Real Estate, and Retail, including supermarkets.

Key areas of expertise include accounting and advisory, business growth facilitation and focus, business intelligence, financial modelling and costing, strategy, tax compliance, information systems and business process mapping.

Tristan was previously involved with information system delivery for the Wellington Office and is familiar with many systems including Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Navision, SAP and others.
