Tristan Will

Tristan has been a member of our firm for over twenty years, first joining in 2004 as a graduate and becoming a Partner in 2016.

He leads our Wellington-based Digital Advisory and Outsourcing team, with a focus on the Retail and Franchise industries. Given his experience in these sectors, he has also served as BDO National Leader for these industries in recent years. He has deep experience advising supermarket owners, food retailers, franchise and FMCG businesses across New Zealand, including supporting more than 50 supermarket and food retail operators with a wide range of advisory services.

As a member of both our Advisory and technology divisions, Tristan supports clients with a wide range of needs, including accounting and advisory, business growth facilitation and focus, business intelligence, financial modelling and costing, governance, strategy, tax compliance, information systems and business process mapping. He is known for asking the right questions early, helping clients strengthen financial systems, navigate complexity and position their businesses for sustainable long-term growth.
