Tristan Will

Tristan has been a member of our firm for over twenty years, first joining in 2004 as a graduate and becoming a Partner in 2016. 

At BDO Wellington, he leads the Digital Advisory and Outsourcing team. He specialises in the Retail and Franchise sectors, working with supermarket owners, food retailers, franchise operators and FMCG businesses across New Zealand, and has served as BDO's National Leader for both the Retail and Franchise industries. He has supported more than 50 supermarket and food retail operators with a wide range of advisory services.

As a member of both our Advisory and technology divisions, Tristan supports clients with a wide range of needs, including accounting and advisory, business growth facilitation and focus, business intelligence, financial modelling and costing, governance, strategy, tax compliance, information systems and business process mapping. He is known for asking the right questions early. He takes time to understand each client's business, helping them navigate complexity and position themselves for sustainable, long-term growth.
