He works with entrepreneurs and multi-generational families to help them grow, protect, and transition wealth. Kaison supports clients across tax and accounting compliance, governance, succession planning, trust and ownership structures, and cross-border matters.
Before joining BDO Auckland, Kaison ran his own specialist property advisory practice, which he sold in 2025. Prior to that he was a partner in the Business Advisory team at a large advisory firm, where he advised privately owned businesses, investors, and family groups on structuring, tax, and strategic financial matters. This combination of advisory, property, and private wealth experience enables Kaison to bring a practical, commercially focused perspective when helping clients navigate complex financial and family matters.
