Jordan Cole

Jordan is the Chief Executive of BDO New Zealand, and is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of running the national firm. Jordan leads our senior leadership team - People and Capability, IT, Business Services, Clients and Marketing, and Compliance, Quality, and Risk - focused on driving growth and strengthening our operational capability and effectiveness nationwide. Jordan is responsible for ensuring alignment with our network’s vision and values, developing strategic priorities, and driving our network towards achieving its long-term goals to achieve the best results for our clients.

Jordan has significant experience working in professional service environments, having held senior roles in large law firms before his move to BDO in 2024.
