Adam specialises in business consultancy and works with a wide-ranging client base on high level business management, structuring, and tax planning. He edited the New Zealand sections of the CCH International Tax Planning Manuals for a number of years.
Adam brings a wealth of commercial experience to any business dealings and was Company Secretary and Head of the Accounting and Legal Functions of Sun Alliance Life Limited for five years.
Adam has expertise in governance, strategic and business planning, business growth facilitation and focus, business expansion and management, merger and acquisition negotiations, International and cross border taxation, trust and taxation structuring and restructuring. He set up BDO's national Strategic Sectors group and is past Deputy Chair of BDO New Zealand.
