Auckland Theatre Company (ATC)

We are delighted to be a long-term sponsor of the Auckland Theatre Company (ATC), established in 1992. ATC is Auckland's premier professional theatre company and presents a season of main stage plays each year as well as running a highly regarded creative learning programme. In 2016 ATC took up residence at the ASB Waterfront Theatre in Wynyard Quarter.

Auckland Pickleball Centre

BDO Auckland is pleased to support Auckland Pickleball Centre, Auckland’s first, purpose-built pickleball venue based in Mount Wellington, by way of court sponsorship.

Pickleball is a rapidly growing, accessible paddle sport combining elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, played on a small court with a net, paddle, and plastic ball. Ideal for all ages and skill levels, it features underhand serves, a "kitchen" (non-volley zone), and quick, 15-minute matches.

BDO Auckland is proud to play an active role in New Zealand’s financial and capital markets eco-system with INFINZ through significant membership of our senior and emerging leaders teams. BDO is also proud to be the naming rights sponsor of the BDO Mid-Market Transaction of the Year Award at the annual INFINZ Awards that recognise innovation and excellence in New Zealand's financial sector eco-system. INFINZ purpose is to enhance the New Zealand financial and capital markets and the capability of its members. It was established to promote the quality and standing of both the industry and its participants and to represent and advocate on behalf of its members to legislators, regulators and policy-makers, government and other professional/industry bodies.

New Zealand Private Capital (NZPC)

BDO Auckland is delighted to have had a long-standing relationship with NZPC, and sponsors of the annual NZPC conference. NZPC, formerly known as NZVCA is a not-for-profit industry body committed to developing the venture capital and private equity industry in New Zealand. Its core objectives include the promotion of the industry and the asset class on both a domestic and international basis and to develop a world-best venture capital and private equity environment for the benefit of investors and entrepreneurs in New Zealand.

Takapuna Beach Business Association (TBBA)

Since its inception in 1948, the Takapuna Beach Business Association has been a pillar for local businesses and the community. As an Incorporated Society, the TBBA is funded primarily by commercial ratepayers of the Takapuna Beach Business Improvement District (BID) area. TBBA is a member of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, Cruise New Zealand, Employers and Manufacturers Association, Takapuna Boating Club and is affiliated with Takapuna Grammar School and the Well Foundation. With a vision to have Takapuna recognised as Auckland’s premier Metropolitan Centre and a mission to promote economic growth for their members through strategic planning, development and collaboration with key stakeholders, the association is involved in a variety of activities including: events, marketing and promotions, advocacy, lobbying, information, advice and market intelligence.

The Arts House Trust

The Arts House Trust

The Arts House Trust (est. 2023) is a charitable trust dedicated to showcasing contemporary art and artists in Aotearoa New Zealand. Housing one of the country's largest private collections of New Zealand art, with close to 10,000 works, the Trust provides public access to its collection through exhibitions and art loans programme. Based at the historic Pah Homestead in Auckland, the Trust also offers a dynamic programme of music performances, public programmes, community events, and more.

The BDO Auckland team has been honoured to participate in a variety of community days with various organisations, including Guardian Angels, Life Church, Motuihe Island, The Neurological Foundation of New Zealand, Variety – the children’s charity, and West Auckland Hospice.
