BDO advised Infrawork Group, New Zealand’s largest provider of skilled migrant contract labour and immigration services, on its sale to ASX‑listed recruitment company PeopleIN.
Infrawork provides skilled labour and immigration services to New Zealand’s infrastructure and industrial sectors. The Group comprises Extrastaff, a specialist contract labour provider; Visahub, an immigration advisory service; and Sky Bourne International, a Manila‑based employment agency with Overseas Employment Administration accreditation.
The transaction supports Infrawork’s continued growth under an established international recruitment platform with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand.
