BDO advised Computaleta, a family-owned supplier of self-adhesive films, consumables and equipment to the signage and print industry, on their sale to MM Plastics Australia, a division of Metal Manufactures Limited.
Founded in 1982, Computaleta has built a strong reputation in the New Zealand signage sector. The acquisition by MM Plastics strengthens Computaleta’s ability to expand its product offering and invest further in the industry.
