It was great to see a high WHO-5 wellbeing score among those respondents identifying as Māori of 73 out of 100 – 4 points above the whole-of-business average.
When asked whether anything had been causing them to feel less mentally healthy than normal, 51% said yes. Of these, 56% said the impacts of COVID-19 had been a cause of this. Exposure to risks, external economic and political factors, employee performance or conflict, systems and technology issues and not having enough people around to rely on for support also all scored highly.
