Our Predictions

Budget 2017 will be delivered on 25 May 2017 by the Minister of Finance Steven Joyce.  It will be his first budget as the Minister of Finance and the first one delivered by someone other than Bill English for nine years.  It is also the last budget before the election on 23 September 2017 and therefore an opportunity to loosen the fiscal purse strings in an attempt to win over votes.  

At BDO we were interested in finding out your view of what you want to see in Budget 2017 and what you need to help grow your business. We surveyed our clients and asked 4 questions:
