For-profit Illustrative Financial Statements

We are pleased to announce that illustrative financial statements for the following entity types have been released and are available for download from our website:

• Tier 1 For-Profit Entity reporting under New Zealand equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards (NZ IFRS) for the year ended 31 December 2019
• Tier 2 For-Profit Entity reporting under New Zealand equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards Reduced Disclosure Regime (NZ IFRS RDR) for the year ended 31 December 2019

These illustrative financial statements incorporate illustrative disclosures in relation to NZ IFRS 16 Leases and NZ IFRIC 23 Uncertainty over Income Tax Treatments, both of which are effective for annual periods beginning on/after 1 January 2019.
